Bottoms

LLC "SPCUE" produces bottoms, elliptical, hemispherical, conical and flat for the pouring ladles and hot metal ladles, slags.

The inner diameter of the bottoms produced from 100 mm to 7200 mm and a wall thickness from 3 mm to 90 mm. It can be made of carbon steel, low alloy steel, high alloy and corrosion resistant steels, aluminum (AD0, AD1), titanium.

It is possible to manufacture composite heads with a diameter greater more than D 7200 mm.

At customer’s request, processing the edges and inner surface (etching, grinding, shotblasting), inspection of the welds can be produced.
